Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact Envious Apparel in WRITING via email included with your ORDER NUMBER and/or BILLING NAME order is under at, returns www.enviousapparel@yahoo.com within 7 days (including weekends) from the day shipment was received according to the tracking date for SHIP TO address and Return Authorization Number and we will issue a Merchandise/Store Credit for the entire purchase price of the product(s) less actual shipping and handling cost and less 5% Restocking Fee for Merchandise which has not been altered or tag removed. Sorry - No Cash or Credit Card Refunds- All Sales are Final. The return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed. Due to the fact that we ship most items for Free. Item(s) must be shipped within 3 days of requesting Return Authorization Number and must be returned in the same condition sent (NEW), otherwise a Merchandise/Store Credit will not be awarded. If item(s) are received and the conditions are not met as stated above, a Merchandise/Store Credit will not be awarded and item will not be returned to buyer and/or ANY unauthorized package(s) will be sent back to sender - YOU MUST RECEIVE an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to shipping back a return - NO EXCEPTIONS. If returned item(s) is not packaged properly and is returned damaged - buyer is responsible to pay for that item entirely. We expect our item(s) to be treated with the same care as when they were shipped to you. Please contact our customer service representatives for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER at www.enviousapparel@yahoo.com. PLEASE NOTE: Return Processing takes approximately 4-6 weeks from the time you ship your return. Order Cancellation prior to shipment If you would like to cancel your order prior to it being shipped; please provide us with a written request along with your order number to EnviousApparel@yahoo.com and if your package is not shipped already than we will gladly cancel your order - 5% of your order total as a processing fee. . Damage Upon Receiving If your item(s) is damaged upon receiving it; you will need to immediately contact Hollywood Accessory by phone (512) 619-7990 or email www.enviousapparel@yahoo.com. We will then immediately send out a replacement item(s) included with a return label for the damaged item. No cash/credit refunds are awarded. If you decide you don't want the replacement item(s), you must follow the normal above stated return policy. We will not accept a Damage upon Receiving claim after 3 days of receiving your item(s). . Return To Sender or Package Refusal If the package is refused at the time of delivery or sent back to sender we reserve the right to charge the customer any amount necessary for the handling of the package twice due to a "deliberate refusal from the customer".
